Amore Aloha Villa 813 is set in a prime location within the resort, just steps from Mokapu Beach and the resort's swimming pools and dining venues. Guests of Amore Aloha Villa 813 are entitled to full access and charging privileges to all of the resort's facilities and services, including Room Service, Cabana rental (fee based), 3 cascading infinity-edge heated swimming pools, the lagoon pool, an adult pool, the poolside lounge chairs (first come, first serve), resort hot tub, Mokapu Beach lounge chairs (first come, first serve) and beach attendants, fitness center, the 14,000-square-feet 'Awili Spa and Salon, and multiple dining options.

Guests also have use of their very own outdoor covered patio with gas grill, private hot tub/jacuzzi on the patio, and outdoor dining and lounging furniture.

Amore Aloha Villa 813 is designed with the spirit of love and Aloha in mind. Original art on display at Amore Aloha is accented with an extended lighting system to enhance each piece.

Additional enhancements include state-of-the-art electronics with surround sound, HD cable boxes each with Spectrum Select package channels such as Disney+, Paramount+, Peacock Premium, AMC, HBO, Showtime and others. Each TV is set up with an HD Apple TV with additional access to Apple One+, NetFlix, HBO and accessible other streaming apps. Pandora Radio is also available for music streaming. Most services and apps can be logged into with guest's individual account credentials to allow for personal viewing or downloading any missing apps as needed.

Xboxes are provided in the great room and 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with direct internet access from the HD TVs. (Xbox games not necessarily provided nor downloadable/accessible online in villa. Guests to supply their own Xbox games.)

The 3 generously sized bedroom suites can sleep up to 8 guests and offer a California King bed in the Master and 2nd bedrooms, and 2 Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom. Amore Aloha Villa 813 has 3 full en-suite bathrooms plus an additional powder room full bathroom with shower.

All new plush pillow top mattresses, down pillows, down comforters and high thread count all-cotton bedding will tempt you to stay in bed all day. Extra pillows and blankets are pre-stocked in the closets. The bathrooms are loaded with thick soft all-cotton towels, hair dryer, make-up mirror, bathrobes, and a bath scale. Premier, natural and organic, Hawaiian inspired toiletries from Malie are offered in refillable 8 ounce size bottles - an eco-friendly gesture.

The kitchen is generously equipped as if it was in a private home. We are famous for providing everything needed for true gourmet cooking, fine dining and entertaining. Each guest reservation is subject to a one-time visitor arrival fee of $150 plus applicable tax and a daily (per night) resort fee of $50 plus applicable tax. Valet parking is $50 plus tax per day per vehicle. These fees will be collected direct from guest by Andaz Maui Resort upon arrival at registration. There is no self parking at this resort.

Maximum Occupancy Including Children

8 guests maximum. Any rental bedding is at extra cost and subject to approval. Infants and toddlers under two (2) years of age at the time of occupancy, may be excluded from the total guest count. Toddlers and children age two (2) and above at the time of occupancy will be included in the total guest count. The total guest count may not exceed the stated number of persons. We reserve the right to request (and receive prior to accepting a reservation), actual written proof of birth date (month/day/year) for any toddlers or infants a family wishes to have excluded from the total guest count.

Housekeeping Services

Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens, along with soap and cleaning products. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. There is a laundry room inside your own residence that provides a washer/dryer, laundry soap and supplies, iron/board. Additional "a la carte" housekeeping service is $65 per hour per person with a 2 hour minimum or per requested task list. Advance notice is requested. Subject to availability.

Just steps from Amore Aloha Villa 813 is the gorgeous golden sand Mokapu Beach, known for excellent snorkeling, swimming, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. Andaz Maui offers a variety of beach services here.

Pool

There are three cascading outdoor ocean view heated infinity swimming pools within Andaz Maui that are steps from Amore Aloha. All of three of these pools are available for all guests to use. In addition to the cascading pools, there is another separate lagoon pool and an adults-only tranquility pool. In total, there are five swimming pools within the resort.

Outdoor Spa

Exclusive use of the private hot tub/jacuzzi on the Amore Aloha Villa patio. There is also one open-air star-lit free-form whirlpool hot tub located at the Nohea cascading pool.

Air Conditioning

The villa is fully air conditioned with a central a/c unit. If the doors are left open, the air conditioning will temporarily recess until the doors are closed again. All rooms are equipped with whisper quiet remote-control ceiling fans.

BBQ

Amore Aloha Villa 813 has its own deluxe stainless propane grill with a mini fridge set outside on the spacious, private terrace.

The Great Room is equipped with a flat-panel super-thin UHD Samsung LCD Television and Surround Sound.

VILLA SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES

Upon arrival and registration, for each reservation a one-time visitor arrival fee of $150 plus tax and a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax per night is charged and collected directly by Andaz Maui's front desk .
There is no self-parking at Andaz Maui. Guests use Valet Parking for which a daily parking fee applies per vehicle. The charge is $50/day+tax per vehicle.
Maximum occupancy is for 8 guests using existing bedding. There is no sofa bed. Bedding is California King Bed, California King Bed and 2 Queen Beds. Guests may request to rent extra beds for up to eight guests over the age of two years of age.
There is an elevator and exterior stairs from the ground floor to the 3rd floor of the villa building where Amore Aloha 813 is located. The villa is located steps to Mokapu Beach on the opposite side of the resort with respect to the resort's porte cochere location. For convenience a resort valet may be available to drive guest, in guest’s own vehicle or in an Andaz cart, to the lobby area of the villa building if guests wish.
While best efforts are utilized to reduce foliage obstruction of ocean views, occasionally full panoramic ocean views may be obstructed by trees or other foliage.

Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort promotes a relaxed luxury environment with restrained upbeat social energy. Ambient audible living noises including, but not limited to, public space background music, fragments of conversation, cascading water and live music may be audible from exterior locations. Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort hosts a luau "The Feast at Mokapu", typically on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings, which can be enjoyed from the villa's patio. Occasionally, Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort hosts outdoor or indoor private events. Peaceful enjoyment of the ocean and resort views from inside Amore Aloha 813 with doors closed is reasonably assured due to the villa's modern and superior construction.
Poolside lounge chairs are available for guest use on a first come, first serve basis. Cabanas are available for rent by reservation.
Andaz management mandates DAILY maintenance of the patio/lanai hot tub by Andaz resort staff.

Standard Amenities: Most villas typically will be stocked with a barbeque grill, answering machine, alarm clocks, phone, television, video cassette recorder and/or DVD, CD stereo, washer & dryer, iron & board, coffee maker & grinder, microwave, blender, toaster oven, dishwasher, oven, range, ceiling fans, hair dryer, spices & herbs, paper & pen, kitchen supplies such as cookware, glassware, silverware, outdoor furnishings, starter supply of soap, paper, cleaning products and utensils, and dining, bed and bath linens. Usually some beach chairs and towels are provided. Guests often misplace beach towels and chairs therefore an exact inventory is not guaranteed unless reserving a luxury class home. Some homes also provide iPod docks, high speed internet access, wireless networks, fax machine, espresso/cappuccino machine, exercise equipment and other upscale toys. Please inquire if a specific amenity will improve your comfort or convenience.
Amenities Not Included: Provide your own toiletries, slippers, and wrap, however Private Paradise Villas does stock in its managed homes bathrobes and custom toiletries. Recreational equipment, if found on the property is incidental, and is not a guaranteed feature of the house inventory. Boogie Boards, Snorkel Sets, Surf Boards, Kayaks, Bicycles, and other sports equipment can be rented in advance through third party providers. Please inquire with our Concierge for reservations.
Rates Include: Direct local phone, parking (except at condominiums or hotels), Concierge assistance, optional greeting upon arrival, occupancy up to the maximum number of persons allowed, weekly pool/spa service, weekly gardening, post-departure cleaning if not charged separately, extra person fees and housekeeping services as noted up to the stated maximum amount.
Rates Do Not Include: In Hawaii, homes are provided on an a-la-carte basis and most incidental personal services are not included in the rates quoted. Not included are long distance phone (unless a property offers a fixed price monthly unlimited long distance calling plan, security/damage/incidentals/activity deposit, extra guest-requested pool, spa service or yard cleaning, personal laundry, extra housekeeping other than noted, food or beverages, CSA Vacation Rental Insurance, lei greeting, airport greeting, transfers, transportation, auto rental, rental bedding, child care supplies, child proofing services, sightseeing, tours, activities, baggage handling at airport or at villa, sports and water recreation supplies, replenishment of paper & soap products other than initial supply, and any other items or services not specifically listed as included.

Rates do not include taxes: State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax (10.25%), Maui County Transient Accommodations Tax (3.0%), and the combined State of Hawaii and Maui County General Excise Tax (4.712%) are applied to the rental rate and additional charges quoted. The availability and future right to enjoy our multi-million dollar vacation homes is conditioned upon each guest respecting the owner's pre-disclosed specific terms and conditions. Remove your shoes upon entering your home, as Hawaii's volcanic soil can stain carpets, tile, and fabrics. Step outside to smoke please. No pets on property. Rinse off sand and sun lotions before walking on interior floors sitting on furniture. Sun products will stain upholstery and linens and may damage furnishings. Weddings, receptions, and gatherings are strictly prohibited on any of our properties, due to residential zoning codes which discourage non-residential use, boisterous use causing noise complaints, excessive occupancy causing parking problems in the neighborhood, or any use involving additional non registered guests on the property.
Cancellation Policy: REFUND & CANCELLATIONS: GUEST UNDERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE INITIAL PAYMENT BY GUEST IS NON-REFUNDABLE, UNLESS THE PROPERTY IS DAMAGED BY A CAUSE OTHER THAN GUEST NEGLIGENCE, OR IF THE PROPERTY IS OTHERWISE RENDERED UNFIT FOR HABITATION AND NO ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTE PROPERTY CAN BE ARRANGED.
