Maui Magic Villa 2108 at the beachfront Wailea Elua Village Resort, situated on the second (top) floor, is a fully remodeled and redecorated all-new extra-large island oasis replete with gorgeous elevated views of the ocean, off-shore islets, and lush tropical gardens. At sunset you can gaze directly out towards the water in a westerly direction. This is a great location for viewing moonsets or to stargaze too!

The villa was completely renovated and remodeled as of November 2022. Everything is new! Unlike many other remodels, older furniture was not re-installed. 2108 has swanky, contemporary, and fresh new furnishings in all rooms. There also is a brand new kitchen with abundant cooking supplies and quality stainless appliances. The flooring, paint, lighting, furniture, electronics & televisions, wall decor and art, bathrooms, laundry, linens, and beach supplies - it's all new and waiting for your visit!

Each bedroom has a brand new plush mattress along with an array of extra pillows in various styles and lofts, a down duvet, cotton blankets, plush all-cotton mattress pads, and high thread count cotton bedding. The bathrooms are loaded with thick soft cotton towels, hair dryer, make-up mirror, cotton bathrobes, scale, top-shelf Malie brand island tropical amenities, and a bath scale.

Enjoy in-residence meals at the impressive wooden dining table that easily seats six. Or, gather casually around the breath-taking custom gold-flecked Indian black granite kitchen island that spans over ten feet in length. Prepare your meals in this gourmet kitchen equipped with an espresso machine, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a wine storage refrigerator and all of the cooking accoutrements you could ask for, or have our complimentary concierge service arrange for a private chef.

In total you have more than 1,500 square feet of luxurious living space to enjoy. This is one of the largest 2 bedroom residences within Wailea Elua Village Resort. It's one of the largest homes within the entire resort overall. The oceanside lanai travels the length of both the living room and the primary bedroom for plentiful outdoor living space including sun coverage via the motorized shades. An additional lanai off the dining room faces the opposite direction and enjoys peekaboo majestic Wailea golf course views through lush tropical plantings.

Contemporary wall art and décor hand-selected by a local interior designer and the talented property owner includes works by Maui artists RayBella. Together the decor theme exudes a chic but cheerful ambiance. The new 85” Samsung flat screen TV and multi-piece Sonos sound system create the perfect setting for cozying up for movie nights and high-quality streaming of your favorite music.

The primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed and stunning ocean views. Unique decor with hues of blues and greens lends a playful and relaxing atmosphere. Private sliding doors can be opened for easy access out onto the lanai for morning coffee or breakfast. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin daybed (photos coming soon) for lounging or to comfortably sleep a fifth guest. Each bedroom is equipped with a brand new wall-mounted flat-screen TV (60” in primary bedroom and 50” in second bedroom), cable box, and Netflix access. The primary bedroom also has a Sonos sound system.

Enjoy your daily stroll to the two heated and gated pools on property, one facing the ocean/beach and the second located in a more secluded and quiet location with an in-ground hot tub spa. The beach-facing pool also features a full kitchen and grilling area, fitness center and seating and dining under a covered pavilion. It's a great place to watch the ocean on the rare day when there may be inclement weather. Watch the waves roll in and dance on the beach!

Wailea Elua Village Beach Resort has its own deluxe propane BBQ grill set outdoors on the spacious oceanfront Pavilion. The Pavilion is an approximate six minute walk from the villa. There are also three Weber gas grills within two minute walk from the villa.

Housekeeping Services Provided For details about the inclusive no-charge (complimentary) housekeeping services provided with your reservation, please refer to the rental cost quote provided to you at the time of first placing your reservation. You will receive information about the housekeeping schedule (dates and times) upon check in. Inclusive housekeeping service may vary based on rate paid or on a seasonal basis. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens, along with soap and cleaning products. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. There is a laundry room inside your own residence that provides a washer/dryer, laundry soap and supplies, iron/board. Personal laundry and clean up in the kitchen after cooking or meals is not performed during housekeeping services, unless arranged in advance and paid for separately.

Light daily hotel-style cleaning provided includes:
  • Re-make beds
  • Decorative bed pillows are placed in the closet for your convenience
  • Replace stocked soap and paper products and replenish Maui Amenities toiletries
  • Remove trash/garbage
  • Change bath towels if left on the floor or in the tub to be laundered off-site
  • Start a wash for small towels including kitchen towels

Beach & Ocean Access Wailea Elua Village Beach Resort is situated above Ulua Beach along Maui's sunny southwestern shoreline. There is easy access to the Wailea Beach Walk - a 1/2 mile path that wanders Maui's coastline through stunning sandy beaches and several Wailea resorts. At the beach, you can snorkel, swim, scuba dive, kayak and sometimes boogie board or surf (when the waves are up)! Beach towels, chairs, coolers, and umbrellas are provided complimentary at the villa for you.
Pool Two swimming pools, both heated. One is extra long and is set directly above the beach for panoramic beach and ocean views. There is also a gym exercise facility near the pool. Outdoor Spa A whirlpool spa is available at the upper pool area.
Air Conditioning All rooms have central air conditioning and ceiling fans. Air Conditioning should never be set to cool below 74 or the equipment may freeze or experience any other damage. Most homes and villas in Hawaii are equipped with residential grade equipment which does not provide bottomless cooling. Most guests find that a setting of 74 is very comfortable once a unit has been allowed to cool down and when all doors and windows are closed. At select properties, the air conditioning may only function to a temperature in the 72-74 range with lower temperature settings mechanically excluded. BBQ Wailea Elua Village Beach Resort has its own deluxe propane BBQ grill set outdoors on the spacious oceanfront Pavilion. There are also three Weber gas grills within two minute walk from the villa (between bldgs. 20-22), see map.
Entertainment The living room features an 85" brand new TV and Sonos sound system, cable TV and Netflix. The bedrooms are equipped with an HD digital cable box with HD programs and Netflix account.
Dining A large indoor dining table defines the open-concept dining area. This seats six guests plus there is additional dining on the lanai/veranda.
Approx Interior Size Approximately 1,528 square feet with additional outdoor covered terraces in both the front and the back of the villa. Approx Lot Size Wailea Elua Village is comprised of 24 acres of low-density, low-rise luxurious vacation residences and exquisitely manicured tropical grounds.
VILLA SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES
  • Please expect ambient audible living noises including but not limited to road noise, children playing, person-to-person conversations, adjacent luaus, sunset horns, and periodic (but rare) fireworks celebrations.
  • Please be respectful of noise levels especially with regard to residents of the villa below 2108.
  • This property does NOT have elevators and villa 2108 is on the top 2nd floor. There are three sets of stairs up to the villa with 6, 8 and 12 steps respectively, for a total of 26 steps from the parking area to the villa entrance. There are two landings to rest at between the stairs. The walk up is comparable to reaching the 2nd floor of a larger residence.
  • The garage is for owner use only. You may park in front of the garage or in one of the plentiful unassigned spaces located immediately across from 2108.
  • Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda “lanai” areas is required.
  • 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. are “quiet hours” at the Oceanfront Pool. Please refrain from excessive noise and splashing. Boisterous games and activities are not permitted at any time.
  • While guests are notified of all scheduled remodeling or construction plans, such may commence somewhere near your rented unit without warning or advance notice to the property manager. The property manager is not responsible for any inconvenience you may experience should construction be audible or visible. The unforeseen commencement of construction in the vicinity of a rental property subsequent to the execution of a rental Agreement shall not negate or alter the Agreement or the rate paid for this reservation.

Standard Amenities
Most villas typically will be stocked with a barbeque grill, answering machine, alarm clocks, phone, television, video cassette recorder and/or DVD, CD stereo, washer & dryer, iron & board, coffee maker & grinder, microwave, blender, toaster oven, dishwasher, oven, range, ceiling fans, hair dryer, spices & herbs, paper & pen, kitchen supplies such as cookware, glassware, silverware, outdoor furnishings, starter supply of soap, paper, cleaning products and utensils, and dining, bed and bath linens. Usually some beach chairs and towels are provided. Guests often misplace beach towels and chairs therefore an exact inventory is not guaranteed unless reserving a luxury class home. Some homes also provide iPod docks, high speed internet access, wireless networks, fax machine, espresso/cappuccino machine, exercise equipment and other upscale toys. Please inquire if a specific amenity will improve your comfort or convenience.
Amenities Not Included
Provide your own toiletries, slippers, and wrap, however Private Paradise Villas does stock in its managed homes bathrobes and custom toiletries. Recreational equipment, if found on the property is incidental, and is not a guaranteed feature of the house inventory. Boogie Boards, Snorkel Sets, Surf Boards, Kayaks, Bicycles, and other sports equipment can be rented in advance through third party providers. Please inquire with our Concierge for reservations.
Rates Include
Direct local phone, parking (except at condominiums or hotels), Concierge assistance, optional greeting upon arrival, occupancy up to the maximum number of persons allowed, weekly pool/spa service, weekly gardening, post-departure cleaning if not charged separately, extra person fees and housekeeping services as noted up to the stated maximum amount.
Rates Do Not Include
In Hawaii, homes are provided on an a-la-carte basis and most incidental personal services are not included in the rates quoted. Not included are long distance phone (unless a property offers a fixed price monthly unlimited long distance calling plan, security/damage/incidentals/activity deposit, extra guest-requested pool, spa service or yard cleaning, personal laundry, extra housekeeping other than noted, Hawaii State General Excise Tax 4.166%, Hawaii State Transient Accommodations Tax 9.25%, food or beverages, CSA Vacation Rental Insurance, lei greeting, airport greeting, transfers, transportation, auto rental, rental bedding, child care supplies, child proofing services, sightseeing, tours, activities, baggage handling at airport or at villa, sports and water recreation supplies, replenishment of paper & soap products other than initial supply, and any other items or services not specifically listed as included.
Standard Policies
Respect the stated maximum occupancy allowed please! This is very important, as all private homes in our collection are the valuable and beloved second homes of individual private owners. The availability and future right to enjoy our multi-million dollar vacation homes is conditioned upon each guest respecting the owner's pre-disclosed specific terms and conditions. Remove your shoes upon entering your home, as Hawaii's volcanic soil can stain carpets, tile, and fabrics. Step outside to smoke please. No pets on property. Rinse off sand and sun lotions before walking on interior floors sitting on furniture. Sun products will stain upholstery and linens and may damage furnishings. Weddings, receptions, and gatherings are strictly prohibited on any of our properties, due to residential zoning codes which discourage non-residential use, boisterous use causing noise complaints, excessive occupancy causing parking problems in the neighborhood, or any use involving additional non registered guests on the property.
Cancellation Policy
REFUND & CANCELLATIONS: GUEST UNDERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE INITIAL PAYMENT BY GUEST IS NON-REFUNDABLE, UNLESS THE PROPERTY IS DAMAGED BY A CAUSE OTHER THAN GUEST NEGLIGENCE, OR IF THE PROPERTY IS OTHERWISE RENDERED UNFIT FOR HABITATION AND NO ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTE PROPERTY CAN BE ARRANGED. IF GUEST CANCELS THIS RESERVATION, A REFUND OF GUEST'S INITIAL PAYMENT MAY BE MADE, LESS A PRE-DISCLOSED CANCELLATION CHARGE, BASED ON THE GROSS RENTAL AMOUNT AND TAXES ORIGINALLY DUE FOR THE RESERVATION, IF THE ACCOMMODATION IS RE-RESERVED BY ANOTHER PARTY FOR THE SAME DATES AND AT THE SAME RATE. GUEST UNDERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT OWNER/AGENT/PROPERTY MANAGER HAS NO OBLIGATION TO RE-RESERVE UPON GUEST'S CANCELLATION, ALTHOUGH REASONABLE EFFORTS MAY BE EXPECTED. LODGING CANCELLATION COVERAGE IS AVAILABLE FROM INDEPENDENT PROVIDERS AND IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. THIS RESERVATION MAY BE CANCELLED BY THE OWNER/AGENT/PROPERTY MANAGER, IN THE EVENT THE PROPERTY IS WITHDRAWN FROM A RENTAL PROGRAM AND IN THAT EVENT, THEIR LIABILITY TO THE GUEST IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT OF RENTAL MONIES PAID TO DATE ON THE ACCOUNT, AND SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT COVER THE COST OF AIR TICKETS AND OTHER TRAVEL COSTS.
