SeaSpirit is set in a prime location within the resort just steps from Mokapu Beach and the resort's swimming pools and dining venues.

Experience this tropical paradise on the beach where you can rest and relax within SeaSpirit Villa 811, “Your Own Private Paradise”, with spacious surroundings, exquisite appointments, and very generous amenities. This contemporary home provides more than 3,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, 3 tranquil and uniquely decorated bedroom suites each with a full en-suite bathrooms, a large yet inviting great room, a spacious kitchen with butler's pantry, and convenient access to the beach and pools. Guests also have use of their very own outdoor covered patio with gas grill, private hot tub/jacuzzi on the patio, and outdoor dining and lounging furniture.

SeaSpirit is surrounded by a spectrum of colors reflecting the spirit of the sea, sky and Hawaii. Rich patterned browns, aqua, turquoise, teal and touches of golden sunset yellow are accented by real wood dressers, desks and bed frames. Original art on display at SeaSpirit are accented with an extended lighting system to enhance each piece.

The 3 generously sized bedroom suites can sleep up to 8 guests and have a California King bed in the ocean view Master, an Eastern King bed in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom. SeaSpirit has 3 full en-suite bathrooms plus a powder room full bath with shower.

Plush pillow top mattresses, down pillows, down comforters and high thread count all-cotton bedding will tempt you to stay in bed all day. Extra pillows and blankets are pre-stocked in the closets. The bathrooms are loaded with thick soft all-cotton towels, hair dryer, make-up mirror, bathrobes, and a bath scale. Tropical theme toiletries are offered in 8 ounce size bottles - an eco-friendly gesture.

The kitchen is generously equipped as if it was in a private home. You'll be provided with everything needed for true gourmet cooking, fine dining and entertaining including a large gourmet Thermador gas cooktop, a wide array of cooking, dining and serving inventory for 8 guests. Other thoughtful touches include dual coffee makers, a Nespresso machine, Vitamix blender, griddle, rice cooker, waffle maker, crystal barware, cook books and much, much more. Assorted varieties of local Maui roasted coffees are stocked in 8 ounce bags, fresh for each arrival with real coffee creamers, non-dairy creamer, sugar/sweetener packs and an assortment of quality teas.

Guests of SeaSpirit Villa 811 are entitled to full access and charging privileges to all of the resort's facilities and services, including Room Service, Cabana rental (fee based), three heated ocean-facing cascading infinity-edge pools, a lagoon pool and an adults-only tranquility pool, poolside lounge chairs (first come, first serve), resort hot tub, fitness center, the 14,000-square-feet 'Awili Spa and Salon, and multiple dining options.

Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort is a luxury resort set on 15 beachfront acres and a sublime tropical eden situated directly on golden Mokapu Beach. With a west-facing location, guests will bask in an abundance of sunshine. Immediately adjacent to Mokapu Beach and Andaz Maui are two other post-card perfect golden sand beaches, Ulua Beach and Keawakapu Beach. Ulua is a popular scuba dive and snorkel spot. Both beaches are also ideal for snorkeling, swimming, kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. Also, world-famous Wailea Beach is just a short walk along a paved oceanfront walking promenade that passes through Wailea along the coastline with stunning vistas and serves as an ideal pathway for walking and jogging. There is direct access to the walking promenade from Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort. Along the entire Wailea and Makena coastlines are a total of no less than a dozen spectacular sandy swimming beaches, all of which are free and open to the public. Each guest reservation is subject to a one-time visitor arrival fee of $150 plus applicable tax and a daily (per night) resort fee of $50 plus applicable tax. Valet parking is $50 plus tax per day per vehicle. These fees will be collected direct from guest by Andaz Maui Resort upon arrival at registration. There is no self parking at this resort.

Maximum Occupancy Including Children

8 guests maximum. Infants and toddlers under two (2) years of age at the time of occupancy, may be excluded from the total guest count. Toddlers and children age two (2) and above at the time of occupancy will be included in the total guest count. The total guest count may not exceed the stated number of persons. We reserve the right to request (and receive prior to accepting a reservation), actual written proof of birth date (month/day/year) for any toddlers or infants a family wishes to have excluded from the total guest count.

Housekeeping Services

Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens, along with soap and cleaning products. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. There is a laundry room within Your Own Private Paradise residence that provides a washer/dryer, laundry soap and supplies, iron/board, sewing kit, and other generous supplies. Personal laundry, clean up in the kitchen after cooking or meals, and grill cleaning, are not performed during occupied housekeeping services, unless arranged in advance and paid for separately.

For details about the inclusive no-charge (complimentary) housekeeping services provided with your reservation, please refer to the rental cost quote provided to you at the time of first placing your reservation. You will receive information about the housekeeping schedule (dates and times) upon check in. No housekeeping service on national holidays. Inclusive housekeeping service may vary based on rate paid or length of stay or property. Limited properties provide cleaning every day. Most provide one “deep” cleaning every 3-4 days based on a minimum rental term of 6 nights at advertised rate.

Reservations with inclusive housekeeping receive the following assistance per housekeeping service:

Change bed sheets and pillow cases, re-make beds, launder linens off-site
Decorative bed pillows are placed in the closet for your convenience
Replace stocked soap and paper products and replenish toiletries
Remove trash/garbage
Change bath towels if left on the floor or in the tub to be laundered off-site
Start a wash for small towels including kitchen towels
Wipe off bathtubs, sinks and counters
Surface cleaning following by a sweep/vacuum of floors and carpets in traffic areas
Wipe off outside furniture and counters.
Clean entry and patio floors as needed

Pool

There are 3 cascading outdoor ocean view heated infinity swimming pools within Andaz Maui that are steps from SeaSpirit. All of the pools are available for all guests to use. In addition to the cascading pools, there is another separate lagoon pool and an adults-only tranquility pool. In total, there are 5 swimming pools within the resort.

Outdoor Spa

Exclusive use of the private hot tub/jacuzzi on the SeaSpirit Villa patio.

There is also one open-air star-lit free-form whirlpool hot tub located at the Nohea cascading pool.

Air Conditioning

The villa is fully air conditioned. If the doors are left open, the air conditioning will temporarily recess until the doors are closed again.
All rooms are equipped with whisper quiet remote-control ceiling fans. Air Conditioning should never be set to cool below 70-72 or the equipment may freeze or experience any other damage. Most homes and villas in Hawaii are equipped with residential grade equipment which does not provide bottomless cooling. Cooling is available to a reasonable temperature, usually in the 70-72 range on the very low end. Most guests find that a setting of 72-74 is very comfortable once a unit has been allowed to cool down and with doors and windows closed. At select properties, the air conditioning may only function to a temperature in the 72-74 range with lower temperature settings mechanically excluded.

SeaSpirit has its own deluxe stainless propane grill with a mini fridge set outside on the spacious, private terrace.

Entertainment

Each TV has HD cable boxes each with Spectrum Select package channels such as Disney+, Paramount+, Peacock Premium, AMC, HBO, Showtime and others. Each TV is set up with an HD Apple TV with additional access to Apple One+, NetFlix, HBO and accessible other streaming apps. Pandora Radio is also available for music streaming. Most services and apps can be logged into with guest's individual account credentials to allow for personal viewing or downloading any missing apps as needed.

Xboxes are provided in the great room and 2nd and 3rd bedrooms with direct internet access from the HD TVs. (Xbox games not necessarily provided nor downloadable/accessible online in villa. Guests to supply their own Xbox games.)

VILLA SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES

Upon arrival and registration, for each reservation a one-time visitor arrival fee of $150 plus tax and a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax per night is charged and collected directly by Andaz Maui's front desk .
There is no self-parking at Andaz Maui. Guests use Valet Parking for which a daily parking fee applies per vehicle. The charge is $50/day+tax per vehicle.
Maximum occupancy is for 8 guests using existing bedding. There is no sofa bed. Bedding is California King Bed, Eastern King Bed and 2 Queen Beds. Guests may request to rent extra beds for up to eight guests over the age of two years of age.
There is an elevator and exterior stairs from the ground floor to the 2nd floor of the villa building where SeaSpirit 811 is located. The villa is located steps to Mokapu Beach on the opposite side of the resort with respect to the resort's porte cochere location. For convenience a resort valet may be available to drive guest, in guest’s own vehicle or in an Andaz cart, to the lobby area of the villa building if guests wish.
While best efforts are utilized to reduce foliage obstruction of ocean views, occasionally full panoramic ocean views may be obstructed by trees or other foliage.
Xbox games are not necessarily provided nor downloadable/accessible online in villa. Guests to supply their own Xbox games.
All guests, by placing a reservation, agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Andaz Maui House Rules and Condominium Association "Documents".
Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort promotes a relaxed luxury environment with restrained upbeat social energy. Ambient audible living noises including, but not limited to, public space background music, fragments of conversation, cascading water and live music may be audible from exterior locations. Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort hosts a luau "The Feast at Mokapu", typically on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings, which can be enjoyed from the villa's patio. Occasionally, Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort hosts outdoor or indoor private events. Peaceful enjoyment of the ocean and resort views from inside SeaSpirit 811 with doors closed is reasonably assured due to the villa's modern and superior construction.
Poolside lounge chairs are available for guest use on a first come, first serve basis. Cabanas are available for rent by reservation.
Andaz management mandates DAILY maintenance of the patio/lanai hot tub by Andaz resort staff.

Standard Amenities: Most villas typically will be stocked with a barbeque grill, answering machine, alarm clocks, phone, television, video cassette recorder and/or DVD, CD stereo, washer & dryer, iron & board, coffee maker & grinder, microwave, blender, toaster oven, dishwasher, oven, range, ceiling fans, hair dryer, spices & herbs, paper & pen, kitchen supplies such as cookware, glassware, silverware, outdoor furnishings, starter supply of soap, paper, cleaning products and utensils, and dining, bed and bath linens. Usually some beach chairs and towels are provided. Guests often misplace beach towels and chairs therefore an exact inventory is not guaranteed unless reserving a luxury class home. Some homes also provide iPod docks, high speed internet access, wireless networks, fax machine, espresso/cappuccino machine, exercise equipment and other upscale toys. Please inquire if a specific amenity will improve your comfort or convenience.
Amenities Not Included: Provide your own toiletries, slippers, and wrap, however Private Paradise Villas does stock in its managed homes bathrobes and custom toiletries. Recreational equipment, if found on the property is incidental, and is not a guaranteed feature of the house inventory. Boogie Boards, Snorkel Sets, Surf Boards, Kayaks, Bicycles, and other sports equipment can be rented in advance through third party providers. Please inquire with our Concierge for reservations.
Rates Include: Direct local phone, parking (except at condominiums or hotels), Concierge assistance, optional greeting upon arrival, occupancy up to the maximum number of persons allowed, weekly pool/spa service, weekly gardening, post-departure cleaning if not charged separately, extra person fees and housekeeping services as noted up to the stated maximum amount.
Rates Do Not Include: In Hawaii, homes are provided on an a-la-carte basis and most incidental personal services are not included in the rates quoted. Rates do not include taxes: State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax (10.25%), Maui County Transient Accommodations Tax (3.0%), and the combined State of Hawaii and Maui County General Excise Tax (4.712%) are applied to the rental rate and additional charges quoted. If the tax percentages are changed by the State of Hawaii or County of Maui after a reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to collect the additional amounts due.
Standard Policies: Respect the stated maximum occupancy allowed please! This is very important, as all private homes in our collection are the valuable and beloved second homes of individual private owners. The availability and future right to enjoy our multi-million dollar vacation homes is conditioned upon each guest respecting the owner's pre-disclosed specific terms and conditions. Remove your shoes upon entering your home, as Hawaii's volcanic soil can stain carpets, tile, and fabrics. Step outside to smoke please. No pets on property. Rinse off sand and sun lotions before walking on interior floors sitting on furniture. Sun products will stain upholstery and linens and may damage furnishings. Weddings, receptions, and gatherings are strictly prohibited on any of our properties, due to residential zoning codes which discourage non-residential use, boisterous use causing noise complaints, excessive occupancy causing parking problems in the neighborhood, or any use involving additional non registered guests on the property.
Cancellation Policy: REFUND & CANCELLATIONS: GUEST UNDERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE INITIAL PAYMENT BY GUEST IS NON-REFUNDABLE, UNLESS THE PROPERTY IS DAMAGED BY A CAUSE OTHER THAN GUEST NEGLIGENCE, OR IF THE PROPERTY IS OTHERWISE RENDERED UNFIT FOR HABITATION AND NO ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTE PROPERTY CAN BE ARRANGED.
