A full and fresh makeover with all new decor and furnishings was just completed in L510 Sea La Vie as of August 2022. We added all-new plush carpet and wall paint, new kitchen and bath counters, all new furniture and decor throughout, new ultra-lux bed and bath linens, new kitchen goods, extra large televisions, and updated electronics including docking stations, Netflix, Apple TV, and HD cable service. Recent additions to the all-new L510 that are not yet showing in photos include beautiful area rugs in the dining and living rooms, a powder blue velvet sofa in the master along with a grey velvet bed frame, new white fluted living room coffee table, solid wood sliding panel doors to close off the den, luxurious navy blue plush cotton velvet drapes in the den, additional artwork, a newly re-upholstered living room sofa, a white marble dining table with new velvet and walnut wood dining chairs and stools, and more! Situated on the 5th TOP FLOOR of the penthouse/tower building of the Wailea Beach Villas Resort, Sea La Vie L510 offers expansive and superlative direct west-facing panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Wailea Beach and Wailea Resort. Only a few residences on the upper floors of the Wailea Beach Villas have such exceptional views. This villa is well above the family pool where birdsong and the rustling of palm tree fronds provides soothing tropical ambiance. The palette of Sea La View L510 features a soothing mix of blue tones and light neutrals. In theming L510 we took our inspiration from the original painting in the dining alcove created by renowned artist Stephanie Sachs. Visit L510 and you'll feel like you are living above the clouds with a dreamy seascape and furnishings that provide comforting, lush, and soft surroundings.

Within this residence, there are two private bedroom suites (King, King), and two full bathrooms, each with a tub and shower, with approx. 1,900 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. Off the great room is a bonus den room that will be outfitted with queen bed, side chair, and sliding privacy walls so as to double as a third bedroom. We will provide large state-of-art flat panel televisions in every room, each cleanly wall-mounted with all wiring hidden in the walls, an HD digital channel selection, Netflix, Apple TV, and other enhancements.

The alfresco panoramic ocean view veranda has a stainless Viking gas grill and outdoor lounging furniture. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and is complete with a power juicing machine, espresso machine, coffee maker, coffee grinder, waffle maker, toaster oven, toaster, mixer, food processor, hot air popcorn popper, rice cooker, tea kettle, spices/herbs, assorted coffee beans, a full set of cookware, service ware, small devices, and other conveniences. The kitchen has plenty of room to store your groceries, as well as refrigerated beverage drawers, freezer drawers, Sub-Zero refrigerator, built-in microwave, convection oven, glass cooktop, Bosch dishwasher. In the laundry room a generous assortment of supplies are stocked for your use, along with abundant extra towels and bed linens.

Housekeeping Services Provided Complimentary light daily or midstay housekeeping is provided for every reservation placed at the full published rate, except for select off-season periods. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. Within the villa there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer, laundry supplies, iron and board. There is a pick up and drop off available within the resort for a professional dry cleaning and laundry service.

No housekeeping service on Christmas Day December 25 and on New Years Day January 1.
Extra Housekeeping Cost Additional a la carte housekeeping service is $50 per hour per housekeeper plus 4.166% GE tax with a 3 hour minimum. Advance notice is requested. Subject to availability.

Beach & Ocean Access Stroll past the lovely cascading waterfall and beautifully planted gardens to the gorgeous golden sand crescent shaped Wailea Beach, as well as to the Wailea Beach Villas Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa. At the beach you can snorkel, swim, scuba dive, kayak and sometimes boogie board or surf when the waves are up! The Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa is staffed with Pool Attendants who will help place a reclining chaise lounge on the beach for you.
Pool Sea La Vie is five floors above the family pool, hot tub spa and Fitness Center. A second pool for adults with a natural free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool spa is just a short stroll downslope towards Wailea Beach. Both pools have attendants for help with towels and other services. Outdoor Spa There are two open-air star-lit free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool hot tubs within the lushly landscaped grounds, including one just steps from your private elevator.
Air Conditioning All rooms have central air conditioning with individual room air conditioning controls, providing for all guests to set their own preferred temperature. If the doors are left open, the air conditioning will temporarily recess until the doors are closed again. All rooms are equipped with whisper quiet remote-control ceiling fans.
Air Conditioning should never be set to cool below 70-72 or the equipment may freeze or experience any other damage. Most homes and villas in Hawaii are equipped with residential grade equipment which does not provide bottomless cooling. Cooling is available to a reasonable temperature, usually in the 70-72 range on the very low end. Most guests find that a setting of 72-74 is very comfortable once a unit has been allowed to cool down and with doors and windows closed. At select properties, the air conditioning may only function to a temperature in the 72-74 range with lower temperature settings mechanically excluded.
BBQ Sea La Vie L510 has its own deluxe stainless Viking propane grill set outside on the spacious private ocean view terrace.
Entertainment The Great Room and each bedroom is equipped with a large flat panel television, HD digital cable box (living room cable box is an HD DVR) an iPod dock, Apple TV and Netflix.
Dining There is an indoor dining table which seats six guests, plus bar stools. There is comfortable lounging area on the outdoor private terrace, from which you may enjoy a stupendous panoramic ocean view.

VILLA SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES
  • Please expect ambient audible living sounds including twilight luau entertainment from neighboring resorts, sunset horns, and firework celebrations.
  • You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents, part-time owner visitors, and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual private owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours in keeping with the residential character of the property.
  • Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda “lanai” areas is required.
  • Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Additional vehicle parking may be limited and costs may apply.
  • On-site maintenance for interior plant care is performed weekly.
Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.

The accommodation you are renting has flexible bedding options in at least one sleeping room/bedroom. Our staff will ask you in advance of arrival how you would like the beds made up in those spaces. Kindly let us know prior to arrival so we can have the sleeping arrangements pre-made for you. If you are unable to give us your bedding request in advance, or if you change your bedding request after arrival, a $150 change fee will be applied.

Most villas typically will be stocked with a barbeque grill, answering machine, alarm clocks, phone, television, video cassette recorder and/or DVD, CD stereo, washer & dryer, iron & board, coffee maker & grinder, microwave, blender, toaster oven, dishwasher, oven, range, ceiling fans, hair dryer, spices & herbs, paper & pen, kitchen supplies such as cookware, glassware, silverware, outdoor furnishings, starter supply of soap, paper, cleaning products and utensils, and dining, bed and bath linens. Usually some beach chairs and towels are provided. Guests often misplace beach towels and chairs therefore an exact inventory is not guaranteed unless reserving a luxury class home. Some homes also provide iPod docks, high speed internet access, wireless networks, fax machine, espresso/cappuccino machine, exercise equipment and other upscale toys. Please inquire if a specific amenity will improve your comfort or convenience.
Amenities Not Included
Provide your own toiletries, slippers, and wrap, however Private Paradise Villas does stock in its managed homes bathrobes and custom toiletries. Recreational equipment, if found on the property is incidental, and is not a guaranteed feature of the house inventory. Boogie Boards, Snorkel Sets, Surf Boards, Kayaks, Bicycles, and other sports equipment can be rented in advance through third party providers. Please inquire with our Concierge for reservations.
Rates Include
Direct local phone, parking (except at condominiums or hotels), Concierge assistance, optional greeting upon arrival, occupancy up to the maximum number of persons allowed, weekly pool/spa service, weekly gardening, post-departure cleaning if not charged separately, extra person fees and housekeeping services as noted up to the stated maximum amount.

In Hawaii, homes are provided on an a-la-carte basis and most incidental personal services are not included in the rates quoted. Not included are long distance phone (unless a property offers a fixed price monthly unlimited long distance calling plan, security/damage/incidentals/activity deposit, extra guest-requested pool, spa service or yard cleaning, personal laundry, extra housekeeping other than noted, Hawaii State General Excise Tax 4.166%, Hawaii State Transient Accommodations Tax 9.25%, food or beverages, CSA Vacation Rental Insurance, lei greeting, airport greeting, transfers, transportation, auto rental, rental bedding, child care supplies, child proofing services, sightseeing, tours, activities, baggage handling at airport or at villa, sports and water recreation supplies, replenishment of paper & soap products other than initial supply, and any other items or services not specifically listed as included.
Standard Policies
Respect the stated maximum occupancy allowed please! This is very important, as all private homes in our collection are the valuable and beloved second homes of individual private owners. The availability and future right to enjoy our multi-million dollar vacation homes is conditioned upon each guest respecting the owner's pre-disclosed specific terms and conditions. Remove your shoes upon entering your home, as Hawaii's volcanic soil can stain carpets, tile, and fabrics. Step outside to smoke please. No pets on property. Rinse off sand and sun lotions before walking on interior floors sitting on furniture. Sun products will stain upholstery and linens and may damage furnishings. Weddings, receptions, and gatherings are strictly prohibited on any of our properties, due to residential zoning codes which discourage non-residential use, boisterous use causing noise complaints, excessive occupancy causing parking problems in the neighborhood, or any use involving additional non registered guests on the property.
Cancellation Policy
REFUND & CANCELLATIONS: GUEST UNDERSTANDS AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE INITIAL PAYMENT BY GUEST IS NON-REFUNDABLE, UNLESS THE PROPERTY IS DAMAGED BY A CAUSE OTHER THAN GUEST NEGLIGENCE, OR IF THE PROPERTY IS OTHERWISE RENDERED UNFIT FOR HABITATION AND NO ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTE PROPERTY CAN BE ARRANGED. IF GUEST CANCELS THIS RESERVATION, A REFUND OF GUEST'S INITIAL PAYMENT MAY BE MADE, LESS A PRE-DISCLOSED CANCELLATION CHARGE, BASED ON THE GROSS RENTAL AMOUNT AND TAXES ORIGINALLY DUE FOR THE RESERVATION, IF THE ACCOMMODATION IS RE-RESERVED BY ANOTHER PARTY FOR THE SAME DATES AND AT THE SAME RATE.
