The Empress at Ka`anapali Beach is a legal hotel-zoned beach front luxury vacation home located on Maui. The home will be placed on the market for sale, Approx. January 2022. Should the home sell, bookings within 60 days will be protected, anything outside of 60 days will be at the discretion of the new owner.
Construction of a brand new home located next door to the property has begun. Guests may experience daytime construction noise. Please ask for a status update prior to confirming a rental contract.

The designers of The Empress were inspired by it's perfect orientation to the sandy beach and blue Pacific in front and graceful green mountains behind. She was designed to highlight Maui`s beauty rather than make a statement of her own. The trade winds are welcomed through the 30 foot doors which open at both ends of the great hall. The living space is not circumscribed by walls; the living space extends naturally out towards the tropical courtyard reaching to the mountains on one side, and the sea on the other. On the summer solstice the sun sets on the horizon in perfect alignment with the center axis of the villa.
Enter The Empress through it's teak double doors and find your own private retreat awaiting you. Announce your arrival on the antique Chinese court gong. Enjoy a nap on the elaborately hand carved Balinese day bed. Light the abundant tropical tiki torches placed throughout the property and dine under the moonlight Hawaiian style. |Housekeeping Services Provided||Complimentary daily light hotel-style housekeeping service is provided for up to 3 hours per day. The washing of personal laundry, cooking, childcare is excluded from the service. During the Christmas and New Years holiday period, DAILY housekeeping is provided, with the exception that there is no housekeeping service on Christmas Day, December 25, nor on New Years Day, January 1.|

Walk out directly on Ka`anapali Beach, a beautiful golden sand swimming beach that stretches for several miles along the shore in front of Empress. The beach is nearly unparralled and is perfect for lap swimming, long walks, romantic evenings laying under the full moon or glittering stars at water's edge. Situated between Maui Ka`anapali Villas and several new interval ownership resorts, this stretch of Ka`anapali Beach is less crowded than the hotel zone.|
